Health data

Injury reports, assessments, clinical notes, restrictions, rehabilitation and recovery information are sensitive health data. They are used only to operate Athlyt, support authorised care, meet legal obligations and protect athlete safety.

Vision and movement data

Athlyt Vision processes short, muted camera captures on the device and saves derived movement measurements, quality information and limited analysis evidence. Routine captures are not retained as review video. If review-video retention is separately selected and permitted by an approved organisation policy, access is restricted and the recording receives a deletion deadline.

For elite participants, the organisation may confirm authority through its player agreements. For community participants, Athlyt records one current Vision authorisation from the athlete or verified guardian. The authorisation can be withdrawn and must be renewed after a material change to the purpose or policy.

Sharing and retention

Information is shared according to role and organisation membership. Coaches receive operational information rather than unrestricted clinical detail. Records are retained according to applicable clinical, safeguarding and legal requirements.
